Happy Women's Day
The First Lady we see with our eyes is our Mother. We wishes mom’s a Happy Women’s Day and thank you so much for their incredible love.
I read an article and watched a video on ‘Women can’t have it all’. It’s not the just the women but also men can’t have it all. Instead say as we can have it all but it’s the choice we take. Have few, be the best, prioritize and become a world class performer. Born has a human, will always have the ability to perform multiple roles. The choice we take is based on time with patience and love on something like Career, dear ones and on our self with purpose on life. We can do everything just by healthy thoughts, acts and behavior better than yesterday. So, we all shall stand in gratitude for this wonderful life.
You have a choice. Live or die.Every breath is a choice. Every minute is a choice. To be or not to be. — Chuck Palahniuk

Symbol of Women Strength – Lijjat Papad
Everyone love to read victim to epic success stories and would like to transform themselves. On this special Women’s Day, I would like to share a story of Shri Mahila Gariha Udyog Lijjat Papad. Seven people had started a venture to produce sustainable products at affordable price with their cooking abilities. These women bought their necessary ingredients and the basic infrastructure needed for manufacturing papads in the year 1959.
The group expanded as cooperative system, with increased
employees. But the organization faced trouble during the rainy season,
eventually stopped production for four months to prevent drying of papads.
However, they had rectified it by investing on cot and stove to prevent drying.
Sooner, the group fall into public eye and started to grow,
grew it and did not stop growing. By 2002, Lajjit had turnover of Rs 3billion
and exports worth Rs 100 million. Began with 8 employees, but with their monomaniacal
focus on producing quality and Lajjit mean ‘Tasty’ food employed them to 42,000
in 62 divisions by 2002.
